We are a non-profit that specializes in the toxic work environments. We work with both individuals and businesses. For the individual, we consult,and advise based upon our expertise in representing targeted people. We know that targeted people have their health ruined permanently, per the science of both psychology and medicine. We are finding some physical chronic issues developing some 20 to 30 years later.
For businesses, we help them transform from a toxic work environment to a more productive, positive work environment.
We also advocate for laws that get any type of abusive behavior out of the workplace with state legislatures.
