CGS Mastermind Rules & Guidelines
This mastermind is a space for high-integrity builders, creators, and collaborators. To preserve the value of the container, we ask all participants to honor the following guidelines.
1. Show Up Live
Recordings are only shared with those who attend live. You receive access to one missed-session recording after showing up to a future meeting.
2. Respect the Container
This is not a casual networking call. We gather to listen, reflect, and build. Please come grounded, focused, and ready to engage.
3. No Selling, No Pitching
This is a space for value exchange, not transactions. Share your work if it’s relevant, but do not sell to the group.
4. Confidentiality Matters
What’s shared in the room stays in the room unless explicitly stated otherwise. Trust is the foundation of this space.
5. Support Each Other
This is a collaborative space. Offer what you can, receive what’s offered, and remember we’re building something bigger together.
6. Engage Between Sessions
You’re encouraged to book 1:1s with other members between meetings. This is where deeper connections and collaborations begin.
7. Rhythm is Every 3 Weeks
We meet every 3 weeks. Participation is part of the value. Put it on your calendar and treat it like the commitment it is.
