-Back up supervisor, assistant, when the supervisor isnt present or not avaliable. Assist in meetings with management, presentations, factory decision making roles, and Manage the factor and supervisor role when necessary.
-Certify and train operators, to make sure they are compliant to FDA and Flex procedures.
