Within the role of Lead Tour Guide:
Aid the growth of the business through collaborative team initiatives and the building of new tours.
Scout new locations for tours and build relationships with potential tasting partners.
Communicate with tasting partners and with guests prior and post tours.
Assist in managing a team of guides and coordinate schedules.
