I came to the United States from Ukraine many years ago in search of the American Dream. Like many immigrants, I worked hard in the corporate world, determined to climb the ladder and build a better life.
But when my fiancé became seriously ill, everything changed. My company refused to give me time to care for him, and after his passing, I realized a painful truth — when you work for someone else, your life and priorities are often not your own.
That moment became a turning point. I decided to take control of my future and start my own business. Not long after, I was introduced to an incredible opportunity in the financial industry — and I instantly fell in love with it.
Through this work, I discovered my true calling: helping people learn about money and achieve financial independence. I used to think my lack of financial knowledge came from being an immigrant unfamiliar with “the rules of the money game.” But I quickly realized that most Americans struggle with the same challenges.
