- Rebuilt the auxiell group Business Intelligence infrastructure from the ground up, improving organization, scalability, and data load performance (+60% faster loads through QVD layers and automated refresh cycles).

- Designed and implemented dedicated data warehouses for Operations, Talent Management, HR, Internal Development, and Sales; consolidated and integrated data from the Infinity ERP and HubSpot CRM via API connection.

- Created and standardized a company-wide Data Dictionary documenting key fields, relationships, and naming conventions to ensure long-term maintainability.

- Built interactive Qlik Sense dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs, including the Matrice Polivalenza for mapping consultant skills and strategic KPI dashboards for the COO and other C-level executives.

- Conducted structured interviews with C-level leaders and department heads to gather requirements; delivered regular progress presentations and handover documentation.

- Developed a Qlik Sense application to automatically extract and visualize financial KPIs from competitor balance sheets for benchmarking purposes.

- Strengthened communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, enhanced project management skills, and collaborated effectively within a multidisciplinary, multi-level team environment.
