Hi, I’m Jessy, founder of Lotus & Light. I create intentional, trauma-informed spaces for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and grow in ways that feel sustainable and aligned—not overwhelming or performative.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t require perfection, hustle, or “fixing” yourself. It requires safety, compassion, and support. Through retreats, workshops, community spaces, and one-on-one guidance, I help women release what no longer serves them, soften old patterns, and build a relationship with themselves grounded in self-trust and care.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a heart for working with women and children. My approach is trauma-informed, body-aware, and deeply human—honoring lived experience, nervous system regulation, and the power of connection. I believe real growth happens when women feel seen, supported, and empowered to move at their own pace.
