● Create and maintain procedural documentation or workflow maps related to academic service delivery.
● Develop and deliver enriching, learner-focused instructional materials by creating e-learning content,
including modules, videos, interactive presentations, assessments, quizzes, and job aids.
● Align objectives and initiative timelines towards project completion, including maintaining transparent
communication and monitoring project timelines to prevent delays.
● Gather and document requirements for e-learning projects through research, including reviewing
state-specific end-of-course exam requirements; served as English SME tasked with upholding compliance
with state standards.
● Transform e-learning data into value-added insights, successfully leveraging quiz and assessment results to
evaluate learner progress and training program effectiveness.
● Perform Moodle learning management system (LMS) administration tasks, such as uploading course
content, monitoring learning progress, and producing data-driven reports to support decision-making and
planning.
● Ensure course and module effectiveness prior to launch by spearheading pilot efforts, exhibiting expertise in gathering, interpreting, and applying learner feedback for ongoing course improvement; piloted courses and
modules such as English EOC Test Prep and CLT Test Prep.
● Enable adult learners to effectively utilize test preparation materials through live tutoring and teaching.
● Demonstrate strong knowledge of instructional design models, such as ADDIE.
● Evaluate the performance of new staff to provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching.
● Monitor current and emerging industry trends and apply an in-depth understanding of adult learning
methodologies.
● Navigate complex challenges, obstacles, and issues with an innovative and solution-focused mindset.
