For 25+ years I’ve been bringing buildings to life—sometimes from the ground up, sometimes just making sure they don’t fall down. As a licensed architect, I’ve designed everything from retail spaces and offices to mixed-use developments, hospitality projects, and custom homes. Seven years ago, I decided to work for myself, designing dream homes for builders and clients while tackling multifamily projects with a mix of creativity, strategy, and strong coffee.
But I don’t just design spaces, I sell them too. As a real estate agent for the past seven years, I have a keen sense of what makes a property not only look great but also sell fast. Understanding both architecture and real estate means I can bridge the gap between stunning design and smart investments. Whether it’s maximizing curb appeal or making sure a floor plan actually works, I bridge the gap between beautiful architecture and smart investments.
I also serve on the Architectural Review Board for the City of Rockwall, TX, where I help shape the city’s development with thoughtful planning, quality design, and the occasional zoning debate. Our goal? To ensure Rockwall grows in a way that’s as functional as it is beautiful.
Passionate about great spaces, good coffee, and keeping buildings from looking like cookie cutters, I believe architecture should be as practical as it is beautiful. Let’s build something great—bonus points if it has a killer view.
