Obsidian Stello is a studio focused on human-centered decision systems.
I design systems that combine machine learning, applied AI, behavioral analytics, human interaction environments, and operational workflows to help organizations make better decisions in complex/regulated environments.
Most organizations do not have a data problem.
They have a decision problem.
They already have dashboards, analytics, automation, and now AI. Yet signals still get trapped in reports, models sit outside the workflow, and systems generate noise instead of clarity.
That is the gap I work on.
My work focuses on human-centered decision systems: the space where machine learning, applied AI, human judgment, and operational workflows have to work together inside real decision environments.
