My name is Jack Beckett, and I’m excited to join this amazing community! My father put me in the film business as punishment for not becoming a dentist. I became a cameraman and worked in Hollywood for over fifty years, shooting over forty movies and every modality of content creation. I founded a thriving equipment rental company, developing digital camera systems and earning three patents for image sensor design. Even though I moved to Sarasota, I still serve as director of technology for Occidental Studios in Hollywood, CA.
