It was asked of me, “What does the average person that works with you make?”

I replied, “I don’t know, I’m not looking for average people. I’m looking for people who want to build something extraordinary! If you’ve got above average work ethic, burning hot desire and 100% coachability, the opportunity is limitless working with me.”

That ended the “average” conversation.
