Honoring the Fallen: A Day at Palmer Lake Colorado
On September 14, 2025, at the quiet and beautiful setting of Palmer Lake, a community came together for something truly profound — to honor and remember the names of fallen soldiers. This moment, led by Honor and Remember, Inc. and supported by countless volunteers, families, and community partners, was not just an event. It was a living tribute to the heroes who gave their lives for our freedom.
As names of the fallen were called aloud, each one carried weight — not just letters on paper, but lives, families, and legacies that will never be forgotten. Watching the families of these heroes stand in reverence is something that will forever stay in my heart. It is a reminder that freedom is not free; it is fought for daily, and too often paid for with the ultimate sacrifice.
Military Broadcast Radio (MBR) was proud to be a part of this tribute. Based in Denver, but with DJs and broadcasters throughout the United States, MBR has the unique ability to broadcast live from any location — ensuring that the voices of veterans and their families are heard no matter where they are. Being present at Palmer Lake, amplifying the message of remembrance, and standing shoulder to shoulder with the community reminded us of the core mission we serve — to support, uplift, and never forget.
