Position type: Exempt As HR-Business Partner you will be the first point of contact and advisor to the management of Plansee US in Franklin MA for people related topics. In this role you are part of the international HR-Business Partner Community Responsibilities Act as the point of contact to the local leadership team providing guidance and advise to the management teams along the entire employee lifecycle and represent the HR service portfolio within the location Collect, analyse and prioritize business needs and translate into HR and leadership actions, by strong collaboration with the global HR-Community and ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
