“Work from home — within Canada only.”

Ever notice how some “remote” jobs… aren’t really remote? 👀

It got me thinking — if a role can be done from a laptop anywhere, why limit it to one city or country?

Of course, in many cases, it’s for valid legal or payroll reasons — companies can only hire or pay people in certain regions. That makes complete sense.
But beyond that, maybe it’s time we rethink what “remote” really means.
Because in today’s world, talent is global, and so are opportunities. 🌎✨
Remote should mean remote — not “remote… but only if you live nearby.”
