I'm very interested to see how things will end up when it comes to large-group service fees on restaurant bills. Will they become a thing of the past because the "No Tax on Tips" requires that the "tip" be voluntary, and these service fees are not? So far, the IRS insists that the service fees are not qualified tips. It looks like this is now in the Restaurant owners' court. How do you think this will end up?
