Completed Module 3 Installing and Using Operating Systems

I just completed Module 3 of the Google Technical Support Fundamentals course and this module took my understanding of operating systems to a new level.

I learned how to install and work with different operating systems including Windows and Linux. The lessons covered important concepts like file systems user accounts permissions system tools and the entire process involved in getting an operating system up and running. It also showed how OS decisions affect performance security and usability for both individuals and businesses.

What truly stood out to me is how central the operating system is to everything a computer does. It manages hardware organizes data and provides the environment that applications and users interact with every day. Knowing how to install configure and troubleshoot an OS is a foundational skill for keeping systems stable and productive.

Finishing this module with a perfect score was a great reminder of the value of being thorough and precise when working with technology.

Each module continues to build my confidence and I am excited to apply these skills in real world IT environments.
