I just wrapped up Module 5 of the Google Technical Support Fundamentals training. This module focused on practical software management. I learned how to install, update, and remove software on Windows and Linux, how version control works, how package managers and command line tools simplify system tasks, and how automation improves speed and accuracy. I finished this module with a score of 95 percent and I am excited to keep building my tech support skills.
