My name is Katie Houk and I live in Tampa, FL.

I am a hospitality leader with more than 15 years of experience managing branded and independent hotels, from new openings to complex turnaround environments. My career has been defined by driving profitable performance, strengthening guest satisfaction, and building engaged teams across single and multi-property portfolios.

As a General Manager and former Chief Operating Officer, I have overseen budgets exceeding $21M, led capital improvement projects, ensured labor and brand compliance, and partnered closely with ownership and investors to exceed financial goals. I’m a Certified Hotel Administrator recognized for RevPAR performance, Best Opening awards, and operational excellence, and I’m passionate about developing leaders, improving processes, and creating hotels that perform consistently at a high level.
