One thing I notice more and more is how work stress quietly shows up in the body.

Long hours, mental load, and constant screen time often change how people breathe, stand, and move—usually without them realizing it. Over time, the body adapts with tension, stiffness, and reduced movement confidence.

When the nervous system stays in “work mode” all day, movement can start to feel like another demand instead of a release. That’s often when people pull back from activity, even though movement is one of the best tools we have for managing stress.

Small, consistent improvements in movement and recovery can help the body shift out of that constant alert state and support better energy, focus, and balance between work and life.

Just something I’ve been thinking about lately, curious how others see stress showing up physically in their work or clients.
