EXPECTATIONS (ACTIVE MEMBERS)

- Give: 2 warm intros/month to other members
- Show up: monthly structured mixer
- No mass pitching. No “spray and pray.” Introductions are earned.

HOW INTROS WORK (THE ONLY WAY WE DO IT)
1) Ask permission before connecting two people.
2) Provide context: why the intro makes sense + what problem it solves.
3) Make it easy: include a 2–3 sentence “forwardable blurb” for the connector to paste.

POST YOUR INTRO (reply to this thread)

1) Name + company + city
2) Who you help (in one line)
3) Your “best-fit” referral (who you want to meet)
4) Your “superpower” (what you’re known for)
5) ONE ask for this month (specific): “I’m looking for ___”

Example ask:

“I’m looking for 2 criminal defense office managers in Broward who want faster intake + fewer missed calls.”
