I’m a data and systems professional with experience across data engineering, analytics, CRM platforms, automation, and technical project leadership. I’ve worked in healthcare, energy, nonprofit, and enterprise environments, primarily focused on building systems that turn complex data into clear, decision-ready insight.

I’m currently the founder of NextShiftIQ, a data-driven, AI-powered career intelligence platform. NextShiftIQ is designed to help professionals make informed career and job search decisions using real labor market data. Rather than resume matching or generic recommendations, the platform focuses on clarity around role demand, skill relevance, growth outlook, and opportunity signals so people can prioritize where to apply and what to learn with less guesswork.

My role spans product vision, data architecture, and platform development. The emphasis is on transparency, traceable data, and practical outputs that support real decisions.

I joined Skyler to connect with founders, operators, investors, and professionals who value data-informed thinking, responsible use of AI, and building sustainable products. I’m open to thoughtful conversations, feedback, and collaboration.
