TableLinked is looking for an Accountant who values clarity, accuracy, and thoughtful execution. This role supports the financial foundation of a growing, curated platform built around real conversations and intentional experiences.

You won’t be buried in bureaucracy or noise. You’ll be trusted to own the numbers, bring structure where it matters, and help the business move forward with confidence.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AR, AP, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
• Track expenses, revenue, and cash flow across multiple cities and events
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements
• Work closely with leadership to provide clear financial insight—no overcomplication

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in accounting or finance (startup, small business, or services background a plus)
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliation
• High attention to detail with a calm, organized approach to work
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Clear communicator who values trust and discretion
