I've failed 7 startups. Here's what nobody tells you.
I had the website. The email list. The social presence. The cold calls, the proposals, the vendor deals, the follow-ups.
I did everything the playbooks said.
And I failed. Every. Single. Time.
But here's what those failures taught me that no course ever could:
This game is not for the timid. There are hungry lions out here — all of them trying to feed their cubs. If you're building something new, you'd better buckle up and keep your life jacket on.
Before anything else, a founder needs to nail three things:
① Do you know exactly who you're talking to?
② Is your message crystal clear?
③ Do you have a real entry point — something that earns trust fast?
That entry point could be:
A checklist or PDF guide they actually need
A short video that solves one specific problem
A low-ticket offer that removes all the risk
A 3–5 day challenge that gets them a quick win
An email mini-series that builds trust on autopilot
A simple template that makes their life easier today
If you're a founder building something right now — drop your story in the comments.
I'm not here to pitch you. I'm here to cheer you on. Let's talk about what's working, what isn't, and how to cut through the noise.
Seven failures didn't break me. They made me the right person to sit across the table from you.
