I have recently heard that you can have cardiovascular benefits from as little as a 10-minute walk most days. Then, several doctors, including a cardiologist, have been saying 150 minutes per week is recommended for any noticable benefits. My suggestion: do the best you can and make it a goal to increase duration as your body adjusts. What's your opinion?
