Why is Healthy Eating So Confusing?
Have you ever wondered “What am I actually supposed to eat?”
There are so many diets out there—Mediterranean, vegan, vegetarian, DASH, low-carb, keto, carnivore, paleo, intermittent fasting, and more.
And here's what makes it confusing:
Almost every approach has experts, studies, data, and success stories that appear to support it.
One expert says, “Eat more carbohydrates.”
Another says, “Reduce carbohydrates.”
One says, “Eat breakfast.”
Another says, “Skip breakfast.”
One says, “Eat every few hours.”
Another says, “Give your body longer periods without food.”
So who is right?
No wonder people are confused.
The problem isn't that we don't have nutrition research. We have a lot of it.
The challenge is that nutrition is complex. Research studies different people, foods, diets, time periods, and outcomes—and experts can interpret that evidence differently.
So instead of asking:
“Which diet is the best?”
Perhaps a better question is:
“What does MY body need?”
I'm not here to put you on another restrictive diet.
I'm here to help you understand food, nutrition, and lifestyle—and how to make informed choices that support your body's ability to function well and thrive.
Because healthy eating shouldn't leave you more confused. It should leave you nourished, energized, and empowered
