My brand was born out of the desire to address the shortcomings of traditional wigs, including issues that make online wig shopping frustrating—like inconsistent sizing, misleading product photos, and uncertainty about quality. Many customers struggle to find the right fit, receive wigs that don’t match their expectations, or fall victim to scams from low-quality sellers. That’s why I’ve designed an innovative wig cap that enhances fit, comfort, and natural appearance, and why A Knot Above is committed to offering an in-person experience that ensures every customer gets the perfect wig.
With nearly 40 million women in the U.S. affected by hair loss—and wigs still carrying stigma in some communities—our mission is to normalize wig-wearing for everyone. We provide beautifully crafted, natural-looking wigs that celebrate personal beauty, confidence, and versatility.
