Hi, I’m Adrienne Tichy, and my life’s work is dedicated to redefining addiction recovery and helping individuals and families heal. My passion for this work is deeply personal—shaped by my own journey through critical illness, resilience, and the power of recovery.
For over 16 years, I’ve been a Recovery Advocate, speaker, and the co-owner of The Lodge at Delray Beach, a high-accountability recovery residence for men. In that time, I’ve helped countless individuals transition from treatment to lasting, purpose-driven sobriety.
I also created Recovery Comes Home, a yearlong, in-person and virtual recovery program designed for high-performing professionals, parents, and individuals who need recovery solutions that fit into real life. I understand that stepping away from work and family isn’t always an option—so I built a model that meets people where they are.
My work is more than just a profession—it’s a mission. I believe that addiction isn’t about weakness; it’s about disconnection. True recovery happens when we stop punishing people for struggling and start providing real support, accountability, and hope.
💡 I’m here to change the conversation around addiction. To break the stigma, bring recovery into our communities, and help people create lives they don’t want to escape from.
I’d love to connect with you—whether you’re on your own recovery journey, supporting a loved one, or working in the addiction space. Let’s create a world where recovery is not just possible, but sustainable.
