I'm beyond proud to officially introduce The Bridge Network—a statewide association created to support, uplift, and empower licensed and unlicensed in-home childcare providers across Tennessee.

As someone who started with a heart for children and a dream in my living room (Miss Tika’s Tots), I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming this journey can be. From licensing challenges to lack of support, too many amazing providers are doing this work alone.

That ends now.

The Bridge Network is: ✨ A safe space to connect with other providers
✨ A hub for resources, training, and real talk
✨ A place to get licensing guidance without judgment
✨ A growing movement rooted in community over competition

Under the umbrella of The KRIS Foundation, and alongside my work with K&S Next Step Growth Partners, this is about more than childcare—it’s about breaking cycles, building futures, and bridging gaps for those who care for our babies every day.
