We celebrate the resurrection of Jesus—life over death, light over darkness.

But I believe there’s another resurrection we’re being called into:

The resurrection of the body.Of reverence. Of rhythm. Of sacred remembrance.

Somewhere along the way, we forgot how to listen.
We began treating our bodies like burdens, not blessings.Projects to fix, not temples to honor.

We outsourced our healing. We confused restriction with discipline. We mistook hustle for devotion.

But the body was never the problem. It’s been asking us to come home.

Jesus didn’t ask us to hustle. He asked us to steward.

And stewardship begins in the ordinary:How we eat. How we rest. How we speak to ourselves. How we model healing for our daughters.

Because they are watching. They are learning whether health is love or shame.

You don’t need to be perfect to be worthy. You don’t need to suffer to be spiritual.

You can care for your body and still walk with God.
You can evolve your body and still be deeply connected.

This is not about ego.
This is about embodiment.

This is the resurrection of sacred self-discipline.
The remembering of what it means to walk with the Divine in your body.

If you feel this in your bones—you’re being called.
