Shetika Davis is a dedicated early childhood advocate, nonprofit founder, and community builder with over 24 years of experience serving children and families in Tennessee. As the founder of Miss Tika’s Tots Early Learning Home University and co-founder of K&S Next Step Growth Partners, Shetika has empowered countless in-home childcare providers to professionalize, grow, and thrive—especially those who have long operated without access to resources or support.

In 2025, Shetika reached a pivotal milestone by establishing a statewide platform that connects both licensed and unlicensed in-home childcare providers, culminating in the launch of The Bridge Network—an initiative designed to elevate the voices of overlooked caregivers and create clear pathways to licensing, sustainability, and policy inclusion. The Bridge Network is now a recognized movement working across counties to close the childcare gap by building trust, offering regulatory guidance, and bridging community need with systemic change.

Through The KRIS Foundation, founded in honor of her late son, Shetika also champions youth mental health, agriculture education, and life-skills development to create stronger futures from the inside out.
