The Simple Truth Exercise
This isn't meditation or therapy. It's just noticing what's already here.
Step 1: Touch Your Fingers Put your thumb and pointer finger together. Gently. Feel where they touch. The pressure. The warmth. That feeling is real. You didn't make it up. It's happening right now.
Step 2: Move Your Hand Wave your hand slowly through the air. You might feel the air move. You might not. But your hand moved. You made that happen. No one had to teach you. No one gave you permission.
Step 3: Take One Breath Breathe in. Breathe out. Notice what you feel. Don't try to change it or name it. Tired? Tense? Calm? Restless? Whatever it is—it's there. It's yours.
What Just Happened? You felt things that are absolutely real. No one can argue with what you just experienced. No one can take it away from you.
You touched. You moved. You breathed. You felt.
These aren't beliefs or opinions. They're facts. Your facts.
Questions to Consider:
- What did you notice that you usually ignore?
- What happens when you trust what you feel instead of what you think?
- Where in your body do you feel most real?
Here's What Matters: You have direct access to truth. Not someone else's truth—your truth. The truth of your own experience. This is something you can feel and know for certain, every single moment.
No one can convince you that you didn't just feel what you felt. No one can tell you your experience isn't real.
This undeniable truth lives inside you always. It's your most reliable guide. Everything we explore together starts from here—from what you actually feel and know to be true in your own experience
