At Austin Sol FC, we believe soccer can be much more than competition.

Serving Others Through the Game
Austin Sol FC is being built around a simple but powerful philosophy: serving others through the game.
Our goal is to create an environment where young players can develop as athletes while also developing as people.
That means giving kids opportunities to learn discipline, teamwork, resilience, responsibility, leadership, and confidence.
It also means helping them understand that there can be a pathway forward.
Austin Sol FC is developing a vertically integrated soccer environment designed to create opportunities from youth development through higher levels of the game. But those pathways extend beyond becoming a professional player.
Soccer needs coaches.
It needs referees.
It needs trainers, sports scientists, administrators, volunteers, media professionals, mentors, parents, community leaders, and countless others.
There is room for people with many different talents to find their place in the Beautiful Game.
