• Overseeing and monitoring the overall company budget and expenditure (CAPEX, OPEX), the cash-flow and other financial transactions
• Accurate bookkeeping, inventory, tax remission, financial reporting, and its metrics according to our internal financial system.
• keeping precise records of incoming and outgoing payments for the company as well as verifying accounts payable and receivable.

• Assist with internal audits and with the preparation of accounts and returns.

• Establishing and maintaining accounting controls by documenting & recommending policies & procedures.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secure financial information & maintain financial security.
• Regular database backups and adherence to internal controls.
• Responsible for the input of financial transactions into the company’s accounting software.
• Ensure proper documentation of invoices and purchase order for respective financial transactions.
