Hi everyone! 👋🏽 I'm Shetika Davis, and I'm excited to connect with this amazing network! I’m a passionate advocate for in-home childcare providers and community-based youth initiatives. After over two decades in early childhood education, I realized so many providers — especially those operating from their homes — were being overlooked, despite the critical role they play in shaping our future generations. That’s why I founded The Bridge Network — a statewide initiative in Tennessee that empowers licensed and unlicensed in-home childcare providers to overcome barriers, professionalize their businesses, and strengthen their communities. I also founded The KRIS Foundation, dedicated to nurturing youth mental health, skill-building, and resilience, through creative expression, agriculture education, and community engagement.
