I’m passionate about helping people feel better, live healthier, and create a life with greater purpose. My work combines health and wellness education with entrepreneurship and mentorship.

I educate people about proactive wellness, circulation, recovery, and healthy aging, and I help others build their own wellness businesses. I especially enjoy mentoring people who want more than just a business—they want an opportunity to grow personally, make a difference in other people’s lives, and create something meaningful of their own.

For me, business is ultimately about people: helping them improve their health, discover their potential, and create lasting impact.
