Fair housing, always. No discriminatory language in listing copy or marketing. No steering, no references to protected classes. If your copy could imply a preference, rewrite it.
Be useful, not loud. Disagree with arguments, not people. Cite sources when you make claims. If you cannot show your work, say so.
Privacy first. Do not post clients' personal data, private conversations, or anything you would not want posted about yourself. This community runs on trust.
