UPLR = Unrestricted Private Label Rights, which is the most sought after PLR = Private Label Rights, which means there may be some restrictions  MRR = Master Resale Rights, more restrictions than PLR and UPLR
RR = Resale Rights, you can "resell" but you cannot alter them 
PUO = Personal Use ONLY, meaning, you can ONLY use this for yourself  GAR = Give Away Rights, which is usually used as a tripwire product for gathering email addresses, names, and possibly a phone number to send them through your funnel for more sales
