Designed and built the Business Development department and currently manages a team of Business Development Representatives across multiple city and state markets in accordance to company goals and guidelines. Generates leads and capitalizes on valuable business opportunities to bring in new company revenue and improve bottom line profit. Strategically devises customer approaches, meets sales objectives and scouts for emerging opportunities. Facilitates and manages business development plans based on market and industry research. Identifies institutions and market sectors with potential for expansion of operations, grows network with key partners and individuals to build awareness of company within key demographics. Works alongside senior leadership team and board of directors to initiate programs for future company growth and participates in long range planning initiatives. Executes marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and drive customer acquisition strategies.
