Key Achievements:
• Brought a Department of Justice Continuity of Operations program back on schedule by clarifying milestones and coordinating more than one hundred stakeholders, achieving full compliance.
• Recovered a digital strategy initiative tied to a White House mandate by building simple tracking in SharePoint so more than six components could complete the website audit on time.
• Led the Zscaler cloud security documentation project for the Justice Management Division, creating clear Section 508 compliant user guides for more than one hundred staff, which unblocked the rollout and reduced confusion and support needs for nontechnical users.
Core Impact: Stabilized late, high visibility federal programs, improved data quality for technology decisions, and delivered documentation that made complex security and continuity requirements easier to follow.
