Geriatric Coaching is a specialized form of coaching focused on helping older adults navigate the challenges and opportunities of aging. It includes guidance in physical health, mental wellness, social engagement, financial planning, and emotional support, aimed at enhancing the quality of life and promoting independence in older age.

I have life experience, and education to help partner with you on this journey to become the best version of yourself and to empower you to overcome the obstacles to have a new beginning in your life. You don't have to stay stuck in the past or old negative voices . I will help you navigate the life obstacles that has brought you to a stand still. I have worked in helping people in many facets in my journey of life..
I have worked in medical offices fo years with patients and office administration.
I have mentor and counsel young ladies who were abortion minded at Pregnancy Crises Center.
I have facilitated a small group of women of different backgrounds and lifestyles.
I help women who have been through divorces.
I started a business for the elderly care.
I started online Christian group.
I am native to Tri-City, Tennessee. I am a mother to one son and one granddaughter.
I have a seven year old Shih Tzu .I like to do watercolor painting for a hobby and birdwatching. I also like to volunteer at my church. I am also active in my church.
I live life ministry to serve others. I will partner with you to help you to reach your best. I’ll use my life experiences, education, my walk with the Lord and training to secure your walk with me on the journey together. I will help empower you to reach your full potential, and regain and strengthen your identity in Christ. Help you overcome obstacles that may keep you from moving forward after a divorce or transitioning in helping an elderly parent.
