· Provide full operational and administrative support to brokers, maintaining organized agendas, tracking tasks, and ensuring all company processes and guidelines are followed.
· Coordinate every stage of the transaction process from listing to closing, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-through.
· Conduct market research based on client requirements to identify suitable properties and help match them with the perfect space.
· Design and produce marketing materials such as flyers and brochures to enhance property visibility and support broker presentations.
· Manage the vouchering process post-transaction, ensuring accurate documentation and clarity on broker compensation.
