With over three decades of experience in corporate leadership and more than 25 years in ministry, she is passionate about creating safe spaces where women can heal, grow, and rediscover their purpose.
She is the founder of Together We Rock Life, a nonprofit organization, and Women Rocking Life, a for-profit empowerment community, both dedicated to supporting women through every season of life especially seasons of transition, rebuilding, and renewal.
Known for her warm, relatable approach, Pastor Dr. Dorothy helps women strengthen their confidence, reclaim their voice, and move forward with clarity and faith. Her work is rooted in community, connection, and compassion, guided by a simple belief: no woman should have to walk her journey alone.
