Collaborate with clients to create a cohesive brand identity within the event signage that
aligns with Brand Guidelines
• Conceptualization and development of high-quality designs, logos and graphics with Adobe
Suite
o Creation of full immersive print graphic design
o Creation of graphics to be used for marketing and promotion purposes
o Creation of graphics to be used for environmental installation purposes
• Creation of development and design for event websites
• Creation of Email Communication
• Creation of 2D and 3D Renders and Floorplans
• Create comprehensive marketing plans that outline client’s target audiences, messaging,
channels, and promotional tactics.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to help prioritize services while sourcing through
internal and external networks
• Connect vendors with potential clients through professional and personal relationships •
Manage registration while safely attaining sensitive data ensuring detailed information is
properly input
• Train and manage volunteers to understand registration platforms and proper data entry •
Process and settle payments for invoices received from vendors, ensuring accurate and
organized filing within the company's database systems.
