Coordinating client onboarding and ensuring a seamless start to every project

Managing team workflows and assigning tasks to virtual assistants

Monitoring project progress to make sure deadlines and deliverables are met

Improving internal systems, processes, and communication channels

Maintaining client satisfaction by responding promptly and providing updates

Supporting recruitment and training of VAs when needed

In short, I ensure that both clients and team members have everything they need for efficient, productive, and professional operations across the agency.
