Handle the majority of day-of event facilitation for most Georgia Aquarium events, by coordinating on average (3-6) events per week ranging from 50 – 4,000 guests ● Assist in the detailing of GAI Public Events and Wolfgang Puck Catering Sales events ● Maintain and update crucial daily, weekly and monthly admin tasks important for successful and smooth event operations ● Intern and volunteer management for Sales and Marketing department ● Lead supervisor for all admin training and execution, event management and detailing, and ongoing Georgia Aquarium training
