Maximize sales volume, consumer potency, and market share growth in accordance with area strategies.
Merchandising based on marketing plan at the stores. Controlling and Educating stores to do sales activity
through Sampoerna’s E Commerce platform / B2B (AYO SRC TOKO). Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the
implementation of sales programs and trade marketing activities. Analyzing and reporting daily to the supervisor.
Collaborate with local community (Paguyuban) and wholesaler to distribute the products, engage all of stores in
the area, and make the stores aware and keep using mobile application (AYO SRC) as platform to fulfill their needs
at the store. Build good relationship and educate General Trade (GT) also Modern Trade (MT) about products
visibility and availability
