Open Neuromorphics

Invited to the initiative by the Vice-Chair & Lead Community Architect, Justin Riddiough, who has been instrumental in scaling the Open Neuromorphic Discord to a global 2,500+ community. While I don't come from a traditional STEM background, my fascination with neuroscience runs deep. I’m currently diving headfirst into learning as much as I can about Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) and their applications so that I can use my creative skillsets to help make information more accessible.

I am currently working on a project with leadership to provide a clear, hands-on roadmap that take members from neural modeling in Python to simulating their first digital neuron in hardware. Alongside this, I am working to create video content to introduce ONM members and share their enthusiasm about community and the field as a whole.
