Expanding my skills at the AT&T conference center, I pivoted to their Catering Sales office. I have played a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the events from their initial stages to billing. I have successfully managed lead conversion by meeting or surpassing sales targets of 100k, addressing inquiries with a deep understanding of pricing, packages and service options. My responsibilities also include past event research, utilizing Salesforce to manage all event details past and present, collaborating across departments to guarantee smooth logistics and exceed world wide client expectations. Ensuring billing accuracy. I excel in fostering strong client relationships through transparent communications of billing details and prompt resolution of concerns. The experience has honed my skills in sales, event management, research and client relations. Enriching my ability to navigate diverse and time-sensitive scenarios.
