HERO is a Haiti‑based emergency medical system made up of two closely linked organizations: HERO Client Rescue, a professional ground and air ambulance service, and The HERO Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds and expands their humanitarian work. Together they were created to fill the near-total gap in modern EMS in Haiti, growing from a single ambulance into the country’s premier emergency medical provider covering all 10 departments with ambulances, helicopters, trained medics, and disaster response teams. In practice, HERO responds to everyday medical emergencies, major disasters, and high‑risk evacuations, while also training and equipping local providers through its Guardian Network so communities can access quality emergency care even outside HERO’s direct coverage areas. The HERO Foundation supports this by raising funds, backing free or low‑cost transports for vulnerable patients, and advancing a Christian service mission centered on sacrificial care for the suffering and building a safer, more resilient Haiti.

As Founder & President of JEH Consulting Services, I split my time between international business development and hands-on startup advisory for leaders who care about both impact and integrity. On the international side, I support U.S. organizations pursuing infrastructure and business development opportunities in energy-advantaged markets, including Paraguay. I help clients connect with trusted local stakeholders, structure strategic partnerships and trade agreements, and align projects with long-term energy and cost advantages so they can scale sustainably, not just quickly. My role often includes opportunity framing, negotiation support, and execution oversight to ensure complex cross-border initiatives actually move from concept to reality.In parallel, I serve as a strategic partner to founders from concept through launch, scale-up, and exit preparation. Over the past 12 years, I’ve helped clients successfully launch nine startups—from the faith-driven apparel brand Wrapped in Jesus to the premium Haitian rum label Saint Sauveur 1972 and emergency medical aviation provider HERO Client Rescue—each with its own capital, regulatory, and partnership strategy. My work spans refining business models, mapping expansion and funding paths, designing operational infrastructure, and positioning companies for future acquisitions or investor exits.Beyond consulting, I serve as Executive Director of the HERO Foundation, a volunteer-driven nonprofit delivering emergency medical care, disaster response, survival training, and trauma system development across Haiti. Beginning in 2026, HERO Foundation is also launching services in Paraguay at the invitation of, and with support from, the government at the highest levels. In parallel, JEH Consulting Services has been retained by the Paraguayan government to facilitate international investment and business development for U.S. companies seeking to leverage some of the lowest-cost hydroelectric energy in the world in a country connected to major regional fiber backbones via terrestrial links and now actively positioning itself as a regional transit route and potential data center hub. At every level—commercial, humanitarian, and spiritual—I see my work as part of building the Kingdom: empowering people, stewarding resources wisely, and creating structures that serve others and point toward a higher purpose.
